The price per vehicle falls as your fleet grows
Every vehicle costs the rate for your fleet's size band. Prices are per month and exclude VAT.

Fewer than 10 vehicles? You pay the £35 minimum. Over 200 vehicles, get in touch. Staff cars used for work count as vehicles, the same as company vans and cars.
What every vehicle gets
There are no tiers and no feature add-ons. Texts are the only extra.
- Nightly DVLA and DVSA checks. Every vehicle's road tax and MOT (or HGV annual test) checked every night, plus a recheck whenever you like.
- MOT and tax reminders. Emails before anything runs out, and a weekly round-up on the day you choose.
- Full MOT history. Every test, advisory and mileage reading from DVSA on each vehicle's page.
- Driver app for daily checks. Walkaround checks on drivers' phones, with a checklist you can edit. Nothing to install.
- Defect work queue. Every red or amber item becomes work with an owner, and only clears when a later check is green.
- Action centre. One page that says how many vehicles are road legal and what needs action, worst first.
- Bookings timeline. Who has which vehicle and when, with clashes caught and long-term assignments.
- Service records and costs. Services, repairs and what they cost, on each vehicle.
- Import with preview. Bring your fleet in from a CSV and see exactly what will change first.
- Compliance pack PDF. Road-legal status, inspections, defects, MOT tests, services and costs for any period.
- Calendar feed. Every MOT, tax and booked MOT date in Outlook, Google or Apple Calendar.
- Grey fleet and SORN. Staff cars with business insurance expiry, and SORN vehicles kept off your reminders.
- Roles. Admins, managers and drivers each see what they need. Drivers only see their own vehicle.
- Licence checks. Record licence checks and consent, and see when the next one is due. Automatic DVLA checks are coming soon.

Pricing FAQs
Is there a minimum?
Yes. The minimum is 10 vehicles, which is £35 a month. If you have fewer than 10 vehicles you pay the £35 minimum.
Do staff cars count as vehicles?
Yes. Staff cars used for work (grey fleet) are on your vehicle list next to company vehicles, so each one counts towards your total and costs the same rate.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices are ex VAT. For example, 25 vehicles cost £81.25 a month, which is £97.50 with VAT at 20%.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time. You can export all of your data whenever you like, so you're never locked in.
Will my price go up?
If our prices go up, you keep the price you signed up at. If we ever need to change it, we'll tell you first. If our prices come down, they come down for everyone, existing customers included.
Is there a free trial?
